Timescales:

Initial proofs are usually emailed in 1-2 working days, and delivery (by courier) is approx. 7 working days.

Cancelling or changing your order:

Once completed (i.e. paid for), orders cannot be cancelled, but may be able to be changed for different products or quantities, depending on the current stage of production. Please contact us if you have a problem or query.

Returns:

As we create and provide personalised, customised products, and mostly to businesses (including sole-traders); in compliance with the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, we regret that we cannot provide a refund or return on any order under any circumstances. However, as a professional, caring business, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with your product(s), we will make every effort to rectify your issue(s) if possible, which may include re-printing and/or re-designing, at our discretion. This excludes issues that arise due to production limitations.
